After announcing his decision, Luke said "Leaving Notts County has been a very tough decision and not one I have taken lightly, I have enjoyed every minute at this club and know that it will continue to make great strides in the Women’s game."

"I would like to say thank you to all the back room staff, especially Rick, Colin, Paul and Matt and know they will continue to do great work."

"Finally, a thank you to the players I have met in my 5 years in the game, they are so dedicated and passionate about this game and it has been a complete pleasure working with them all."

The club would like to thank Luke for his hard work at Notts County Ladies Football Club over the past two years.
